I. General Information
- The Operator of the Service is INFERT, located at UL. GEN. JÓZEFA HALLERA 15/19, 10-693 OLSZTYN.
- The Service performs the function of acquiring information about users and their behavior in the following way: a. By voluntarily entered information in forms. b. By storing cookies files (so-called “cookies”) on end devices. c. By collecting server logs by the hosting operator cyberfolks.pl, functioning at www.cyberfolks.pl.
II. Information in forms
- The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
- The Service may also store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
- Data in the form is not made available to third parties other than with the user’s consent.
- The data provided in the form may constitute a set of potential customers registered by the Service Operator in the register kept by the General Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection.

III. Information about cookies
- The Service uses cookies.
- Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, especially text files, that are stored in the Service User’s end device and are intended for using the Service’s websites. - Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be subject to logging: a. time of arrival of the inquiry, b. time of sending the answer, c. name of the client’s station – identification is carried out by the HTTP protocol, d. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction, e. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in case when the transition to the Service occurred via a reference link, f. information about the user’s browser, g. IP address information.
- The above data are not associated with specific people browsing the pages.
- The above data is used only for server administration purposes.
V. Data sharing
- Data is made available to third parties only within the limits permitted by law.
- Data enabling the identification of a natural person is made available only with the consent of that person.
- The operator may be required to provide the information collected by the Service to authorized authorities on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
